Scripts were developed and are owned and copyrighted to Magnik, however they are free to download, redesign and update. The code has no hidden affiliate functionality. All the profits that are derived go to an affiliate ID that you specify in settings.php.

Magnik provides limited support that is available by submitting a "bug report" or "update request" by using our contact form.

The only requirement we ask is that you don't remove the link "Scripts provided by www.magnik.com" at the bottom of each page using Magnik scripts.
Note: if you desire, you can replace the default Magnik logo with your own.
