| I am extremely disappointed |
I was very upset when I purchased this item, only to see the price drop in the next few days. I called to claim my price protection, and was told that Amazon didn't do that any more. I was told that I could return it, get a full refund and repurchase it. That is ridiculous! It causes me a bunch of work and you money.
I have been purchasing from Amazon for years, without much shopping around, because of the security of this policy. I am greatly disappointed in the change (that I didn't know about). I feel that I got ripped off!

| Received this tv in good condition yesterday. It was ordered on the 15th and arrived on the 19th. Set-up was easy. The picture is brilliant. I had been using an over-the-air analog tv in the kitchen and bought this as a replacement. The digital OTA channels are fantastic and come in great even though I am about 60 miles from most stations. This is my second Toshiba LCD and I am very satisified with the product. |
