Nearly Perfect
Once we figured out that the adapter came with the camera and didn't need to have been in this box, it worked great. Just like AAKatz whose dot com's "White Paper" copiously described. It's nearly perfect, although getting it out of its protective plastic "box" is a booger.

Works great! No complaints.
Seems to work great. No complaints so far - - does just what it said it would do. I do get very clear, very up close shots with this lens. Easy to use and figure out.

Wonderful product!
This lens is amazing. Easy to use, it takes professional photos. People don't believe I took the photos, they think they are professional!

Works Great on F717
I've shot about 60 pics with my new VCL-M3358 58mm close up lens fitted to my Sony F717 camera. It takes some getting used to- as you'd expect, the depth of field is extremely tight and shots are subject to hand-held vibration or blur.
That said, this lens gives me additional creative shooting options, at a good price, and in a small size. Shipping from a third party was efficient, tho' more expensive than Amazon's Prime options.
When I shoot 'em right (a tripod would help, duh), pictures are crisp and downright amazing. I am very happy with this reasonably priced lens for my Sony DSCF717 5MP Digital Still Camera w/ 5x Optical Zoom. I'd buy it all over again. |
