Works as advertised
Pretty easy to set up, the only issue I had is my TV box always outputs a signal, even when off. Fortunately, the documentation tells you the priority of the input ports so I was able to put it at the lowest priority input and it automatically switches to any other device that gets turned on.

Satisfied. Auto swiches well. RF signal to TV is a bit grainy.
My 36 inch Sony TV's video inputs died. This device rescued by TV by letting me feed cable and DVD into the TV's still-working RF input. The device is attractive. The clever little suction cup mounts work well for stable vertical mounting. The auto switching works perfectly. Alas, the RF signal displayed on the TV is a bit static and grainy, but I have a feeling this is a TV issue, and not the fault of the Philips. Recommended.

Does the job
Easy to hook up. Easy to use. Works as advertised. For the little extra money that this unit cost, over and above what the less expensive models offered cost, it has desirable extra features, like the ability to hook up more than one piece of equipment and the ability to change from one component to another with the push of a button. The only negative observation has been noted by other reviewers - the unit is a light plastic and tends to topple over if put upright into its plastic holder. But other than that, 5 stars!

Works perfectly and set up in 5 minutes!
Just what I needed to wade through the pile of electronics we have to connect to one TV. I was able to get them all set up in a matter of 5 minutes with no degradation of picture quality.
