| I'm very impressed with this television. Great color, contrast, blacks, and set up screens. The remote has a nice backlight that comes on when you use it. The package looks great too. I think the built in speakers are fine, but if you want super hi fi then get an amp and speakers for that. The receiver looks good even on analog signals, so its a 'buy' in my opinion and I'm glad I bought this.

| I've read a lot of reviews and viewed some models in live. But although I didn't expect to get such a WOW. I like it more and more after I played with it for a couple of evening and finally get my 100" grey screen. Both DVD and PS3 are awesome, the projector allows some daylight with insignificant quality lose. Panasonic did a great job!

| I wanted to wait a while before reviewing the LCD TV because I felt that it would be more accurate. This TV is amazing I've had it for 6 months...it has a crisp picture, deep blacks, 50,000:1 contrast ratio and is seamless with any sports programs. | Talk about being spoiled! Watching this TV is not good - its "INCREDIBLE beyond description". I connected a Playstation 3 for blue ray movies, and a High Def Direct TV satellite box - and it is simply breathtaking to watch movies / TV shows. | I researched quite a few formats including LCD, DLP and plasma before deciding that the sharpness and lifelike image of LCD were most important for my personal viewing. It came down to the Sony 52XBR4 and the Samsung LN52A650. They are both excellent performers, but the 650 has the advantage in picture clarity and the "through the window" look. | Unusually smooth transaction. The only delay (1 day!) in getting it here was the need to schedule their local company to bring it here, and they unpacked it and made sure it worked before they left!
Questions thru customer service were handled very well.

| This is my first review and purchase of a Samsung LCD. I bought the TV sight unseen based solely on the Amazon website and reviews by other purchasers. That being said, when my TV arrived and I installed it on the wall with the Amazon recommended wall mount, BAM... AWESOME!!! The picture is excellent and HD is incredible....worth every penny...and on that note, I saved about $400-$500 purchasing ...>>> |
